poor drainage misrepresented outdoor area
The outdoor area shown in pictures, seemed a bit exaggerated. It was ok but not quite as represented. The shower didn't drain well. It was annoying to stand in accumulating water during each shower. i expected better draining in a hotel like this.

small room street noise
the room was smaller than i anticipated from the photos. there was considerable street noise, it disrupted sleep. the breakfast selection felt limited and somewhat disappointing. i expected more variety.

The location was GREAT. The staff helped me with directions often. My room included a mini fridge and a safe.
My room lacked sufficient lighting, difficult to read at night. The elevator was quite small, and sometimes slow. I noticed a musty smell in the hallway on my floor.

helpful staff central location kind receptionist
my stay involved friendly and helpful staff members. alexandra at reception was especially kind and knowledgeable. the hotel's location provided easy access to many attractions.
the building's interior had an industrial look and looked a bit run down.

the hotel is located near several points of interest. i found the termini station was a short taxi ride away. trevi fountain was also within walking distance from the hotel.

the staff offered valuable recommendations and were friendly. rosa was an absolute sweetheart and very professional. giorgie also stood out as attentive and kind for all the guests.

local attraction helpful staff spacious room room acoustic ac problem industrial building
The location was great for exploring local attractions! I found it a very easy walk to many places. The staff was helpful and friendly too. They always did what I asked. Our room was clean. It was also spacious.
The room acoustics were not ideal. I could hear the early breakfast preparations, which woke me. Our AC had a problem! It dripped all night. The building inside looks very industrial.
